My journey to becoming a Communication & Confidence Consultant and Academic Architect was not easy. An extremely shy child with a penchant for hiding from people, I was always in awe of confident communicators who inspired others. I wanted to be just like them, but had no hope of ever changing.

It was only after being prodded by my dance instructor to let go of my inhibitions and get on stage, did I muster some courage to put myself in front of people. A standing ovation later, I felt a small flicker of hope, that maybe I could be in the limelight. However, self doubt would not let me be. To overcome it, I studied, I trained and I practised. My only mantra “I can and I will make a difference.”

And I did! Armed with two doctorates in the fields of education and environment, I have worked with educational institutions, corporates, the aviation and hospitality industry, media houses and NGOs. I am happy to say that they have benefited immensely from my simple techniques of converting theory into usable practical modules.

And I want to continue harboring a positive change in people, cultivate their confidence and be their POLARIS, i.e. Passionpreneur, Optimiser, Learner, Author, Road-mapper, Instructor and Storyteller!
